This Privacy Policy applies to the ArtCalc Studio mobile application and related services operated by Nicola Ewa Sztuka (the “Service Provider”).

Your calculations belong to your workspace, not ours.
ArtCalc Studio provides creative calculators for proportions, scale, area, aspect ratio and related project measurements. The Service Provider does not collect, log, sell, share or store personal information through normal use of the Application.

02 · Collection
Information we do not collect
ArtCalc Studio does not collect personal information from normal use and does not require registration.
Measurements, calculator inputs, results, favorite calculations, reusable setups, search history and app preferences are not collected or stored by the Service Provider on its servers.
03 · Local workspace
History and favorites on your device
The Application may keep calculation history, favorites or reusable setups locally on your device when those features are used. This local information is not uploaded to or retained by the Service Provider.
Local app data remains under your control and is separate from any server-side collection.
04 · Sharing
No sale or third-party data sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not sell or share personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers or other third parties.
05 · Location
No precise location collection
ArtCalc Studio does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not use location data for advertising, tracking or profiling.
06 · Data Retention
Server-side retention period: none
The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database of your personal information, calculation inputs, results, favorites, history or presets.
Data Retention: since personal data is not collected or stored by the Service Provider during normal app use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period.
07 · Data Deletion
No server-side personal data to delete
There is no server-side personal data to delete because ArtCalc Studio does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.
Local deletion: if calculation history, favorites or presets are stored on your device, you can remove them with in-app controls such as clear history or delete actions, through your device’s app-storage settings, or by uninstalling ArtCalc Studio.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to piotr6nowak@gmail.com.
08 · Network communication
Technical routing data
If the Application accesses an online resource, standard internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an ephemeral IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking, profiling or advertising.
09 · Children
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.
10 · Security
Security approach
A local-first design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. However, no device, network or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11 · Changes
Updates to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
